Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 dozen frozen dumplings
1 cup water
Directions
- Drizzle olive oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Place dumplings (can be frozen) in skillet.
- Add water to skillet until it covers the dumplings halfway. Cover pan with lid and cook until all water completely evaporates.
- Give the pan a shake to loosen the dumplings from the bottom to prevent sticking. Remove lid and let cook a couple more minutes when you start to see the bottom edge turn slightly brown.
- Slide the dumplings off the pan onto a plate and serve.
