Ingredients
1 quart premium/organic chicken stock
2 cups water
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put chicken stock and water in 1 medium sized pot. Bring to a boil.
- Whisk eggs in a small bowl. While stirring chicken stock in pot in a circular motion, slowly pour in the whisked eggs.
- Add sesame oil and salt to taste. Serve!
Notes
- Optional: if you want to bring this dish up a level, you can make your own chicken stock/broth.
