Ingredients
2 fresh vine tomatoes
1 quart chicken broth
4 cups water
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Pour chicken stock and water into medium size pot. Turn heat to high.
- Wash tomatoes and cut off stems. Cut tomatoes into 1 inch chunks and then add to pot.
- Crack eggs into a small bowl and then beat.
- When soup comes to a boil, stir pot of soup in a circular motion and slowly add eggs to soup. Add sesame oil and stir gently. Finally, add salt to taste and then serve.
