Ingredients

  • 1 can of creamed corn

  • 16 fluid ounces of chicken stock

  • 1 egg

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Pour chicken stock and creamed corn into a medium sized pot and stir. Heat on medium-high.
  • Crack egg into a small bowl and beat.
  • When soup begins to bubble, stir soup in a circular motion to create a whirlpool. Drizzle the beaten egg slowly into the whirling soup. The egg will turn white when it is cooked.
  • Add salt until your desired taste. Scoop into individual soup bowls and serve.
