Egg Drop Soup is the easiest Chinese soup to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of premium/organic chicken stock

  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Put chicken stock and water in 1 medium sized pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Whisk eggs in a small bowl. While stirring chicken stock in pot in a circular motion, slowly pour in the whisked eggs.
  • Add sesame oil and salt to taste. Serve!

Notes

  • Optional: if you want to bring this dish up a level, you can make your own chicken stock/broth.
