Ingredients
1 pound of Chinese Long Beans
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Wash and cut Chinese Long Beans into 3 inch sections.
- Heat olive oil in pan and add minced garlic to bring out aroma. Add Chinese Long Beans and stir fry until garlic evenly distributed.
- Add water and cover to steam long beans until beans are tender, but have some crunch left (about 5 minutes).
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce to stir fry for another 2 minutes and serve.
