Pan frying frozen dumplings is easy and only requires a little oil and water with a non-stick pan and lid.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 dozen frozen dumplings
1 cup of water
Directions
Drizzle olive oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
Place dumplings (can be frozen) in skillet.
Add water to skillet until it covers the dumplings halfway. Cover pan with lid and cook until all water completely evaporates.
Give the pan a shake to loosen the dumplings from the bottom to prevent sticking. Remove lid and let cook a couple more minutes when you start to see the bottom edge turn slightly brown.
Slide the dumplings off the pan onto a plate and serve.
